Rose Molina

Rose Molina is a licensed independent clinical social worker with nearly twenty years of experience supporting young people through school based counseling, crisis intervention and community advocacy. Alongside her clinical work, she mentors women and professionals through fitness and wellness coaching at her family’s small business, helping others build confidence, resilience and self connection. A longtime supporter of local talent shows, Rose joined The Search as a mentor to help contestants strengthen their mindset, focus and confidence throughout the season. She is inspired by watching performers grow, take risks and realize their own potential on stage.
